We first began using RCS as our registration vendor in 1998
I would be delighted to recommend RCS as a potential registration vendor. Our experience working with RCS has been very positive over the years. We first began using RCS as our registration vendor for the International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show in 1998 (if my memory serves me...). In 2000, we contracted with RCS as our vendor for our 3 annual HSMAI Affordable Meetings events.
They have proved to be a dedicated, flexible and responsive team player and the role they have played in both our advance and on-site registration process has increased over the years. I am also very pleased to see that they have recently invested resources to offer some very innovative and state-of-the-art lead retrieval equipment and services to our exhibitors.
