I would recommend RCS to any tradeshow manager. Their customer service is top-notch. During the course of an event, from opening pre-registration to onsite, any additions or modifications we have requested have been handled quickly and efficiently.
RCS keeps on top of the changing technology, but always with a user-friendly approach. I typically ask our temporary staff in the various cities where we hold our tradeshow event for feedback on the registration software. The most common remarks are that it is very easy to learn and use. I love the reports and the reliability of the system.
