First year with RCS
Very pleased with the changes in our registration system
I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how satisfied we are with our experience with RCS this year. This was our first year working with you and we are very pleased with the changes in our registration system. Rick Papuzza is just wonderful. I really enjoyed working with him these past few months and on-site he is a dream!! Rick and Willie Preister did a wonderful job on-site in Washington for us. I guess the best way I can show you just how pleased we are is that I would like to enter into a multi-year contract with RCS for the next few years.
