They are willing to do whatever it takes to make it work
We have worked with RCS for many, many years. They are willing to do whatever it takes to make it work. We are a graphics association, so graphics are important to us and they have been willing to make their system conform to our requirements in this regard.
They also have always made whatever changes we needed made in their system to fit our requirements.
Whenever there has been a glitch in the on line registration system (which is not very often), they have fixed it immediately ... even once on a weekend!
They send plenty of people on site to handle training and other issues. They have one or two of their personnel at each registration site to be sure any problems are addressed immediately. Usually it's more a case of temporary personnel not knowing how to enter something than "problems," but it is a relief that someone who knows how to fix it is there.
