Our association has been using RCS for several years, with tremendous satisfaction.

I would recommend RCS to any tradeshow manager. Their customer service is top-notch. During the course of an event, from opening pre-registration to onsite, any additions or modifications we have requested have been handled quickly and efficiently.

RCS keeps on top of the changing technology, but always with a user-friendly approach. I typically ask our temporary staff in the various cities where we hold our tradeshow event for feedback on the registration software. The most common remarks are that it is very easy to learn and use. I love the reports and the reliability of the system.

It was a little embarrassing to see how easily our shows registration could be accommodated by a staff and system that knew what they were doing. In our history with the show, we hadn't had things run so smoothly, RCS managed registration much more accurately and efficiently than any of our past vendors.

We have worked with RCS for many, many years. They are willing to do whatever it takes to make it work. We are a graphics association, so graphics are important to us and they have been willing to make their system conform to our requirements in this regard.

They also have always made whatever changes we needed made in their system to fit our requirements.

Whenever there has been a glitch in the on line registration system (which is not very often), they have fixed it immediately ... even once on a weekend!

They send plenty of people on site to handle training and other issues. They have one or two of their personnel at each registration site to be sure any problems are addressed immediately. Usually it's more a case of temporary personnel not knowing how to enter something than "problems," but it is a relief that someone who knows how to fix it is there.
