I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how satisfied we are with our experience with RCS this year. This was our first year working with you and we are very pleased with the changes in our registration system. Rick Papuzza is just wonderful. I really enjoyed working with him these past few months and on-site he is a dream!! Rick and Willie Preister did a wonderful job on-site in Washington for us. I would be delighted to recommend RCS as a potential registration vendor. Our experience working with RCS has been very positive over the years. We first began using RCS as our registration vendor for the International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show in 1998 (if my memory serves me...). In 2000, we contracted with RCS as our vendor for our 3 annual HSMAI Affordable Meetings events.

They have proved to be a dedicated, flexible and responsive team player and the role they have played in both our advance and on-site registration process has increased over the years. I am also very pleased to see that they have recently invested resources to offer some very innovative and state-of-the-art lead retrieval equipment and services to our exhibitors.

We have worked with RCS for many, many years. They are willing to do whatever it takes to make it work. We are a graphics association, so graphics are important to us and they have been willing to make their system conform to our requirements in this regard.

They also have always made whatever changes we needed made in their system to fit our requirements.

Whenever there has been a glitch in the on line registration system (which is not very often), they have fixed it immediately ... even once on a weekend!

They send plenty of people on site to handle training and other issues. They have one or two of their personnel at each registration site to be sure any problems are addressed immediately. Usually it's more a case of temporary personnel not knowing how to enter something than "problems," but it is a relief that someone who knows how to fix it is there.
