Once an agreement is reached with RCS, a team is assigned to your account: an Account Executive, a Show Coordinator, an MIS Coordinator, and a Vice-President. The RCS Account Executive (AE) becomes your primary contact and is ultimately responsible and accountable for the performance of your account. The AE is fully trained on the RCS hardware and software and will provide coverage on-site. The RCS Show Coordinator manages all aspects of in-house operations such as pre-registration, preparation for on-site operations and post show services. When payment transactions are handled by RCS, the Coordinator is assisted by a Payment Processing Manager. The MIS Coordinator ensures that software and data processing are properly structured. The Vice President assigned to the account has all of the necessary decision making power to act quickly when needed and maintains close control on the quality of the services.
