Self Registration
Self-Registration is a fast, easy and efficient method of on-site registration. The software is designed to prompt the user at each step and eliminates the need for typists. The system also provides real-time automated credit card processing capabilities. The self-registration system can be configured two ways:
- In-line pod: stations are setup by groups of up to 10 PC's and the badge making station is located at either end. The traffic flow is designed in such a way that attendees start at the cashiering stations, then proceed to the first available input terminal for data entry. Once the input is completed they go to the badge making section where the badge is immediately available.
- Island pod: each pod is equipped with up to 20 terminals and 2 badge making stations. The stations are placed 10 on each side, back to back, and the badge making machines are placed at the end of each pod. The process is identical as above. This setup is ideal for locating many terminals in cramped spaces.
