Sales Lead Collection/Retrieval Systems
RCS offers a wide selection of electronic sales lead collection/retrieval systems. Each show is assigned an RCS Exhibitor Services Manager (ESM) who will oversee the entire process from pre-show marketing to post-show data downloads and processing. We provide the following services:
- Design and printing of exhibitor kit material
- Design and printing of promotional and technical brochure for mailings and broadcast fax
- Direct marketing to each exhibiting company before the show
- Order taking and processing (by telephone, fax, mail or Web)
- Shipping of ordered equipment plus on-site orders allocation and backup units
- Test and distribution of equipment
- Distribution desk manned by RCS staff and managed by the ESM
- Sale of on-site orders and additional units
- Handling of data downloads onto diskettes in various formats
- Complete technical support for exhibitors throughout the show
