RCS’s Independent Badging Solution (IBS) is a complete registration system for smaller events that provides all of the features of a large event registration system but does not require on-site assistance from RCS.

IBS was developed to provide the registration solution for clients that have larger shows and also have additional complimentary smaller events throughout the year. IBS provides a cost effective way for our clients to manage their database, get the reporting they need and implement the ancillary services such as: session scanning; advanced lead retrieval, high quality badges, continuous data update, custom registration screens and other large show amenities, without the expense of on-site registration staff.

“This will allow the good technology, screens and reporting that larger events enjoy but have not been cost effective for smaller events”, said Dan ZumTobel with RCS. “The screens and reporting function the same way as the system that is used on our clients large shows so once our clients become familiar and conversant with there larger show system it’s a snap for them to use the IBS system”.

RCS’s clients log onto their customized web site and download their shows registration program. Next they connect their laptop to a printer and they are ready to roll. The system allows the registration managers to generate badges and establish a show database in the convenience and comfort of their own office prior to going on-site. They then can use that very system with which they are proficient and comfortable on-site. “The RCS IBS took away all the anxiety of showing up on-site at my small show and then having to figure out a system I have not seen for a year and did not like in the first place”, says Priscilla Heardia at SAMPE.
