(Ventura, Calif.) – Registration Control Systems (RCS), a nationwide trade show registration company, has announced a new addition to their registration system, “Wireless CEU Scanning with On-site, CEU Certificate Printing ". This innovative system allows show organizers to track, produce and distribute CEU certificate on-site at their event rather than post conference.

Instead of session attendees receiving CEU certificates after the event by mail, attendees receive CEU certificates on-site and leave the event with their CEU certificates in hand. Certificate printing and distribution typically done post show is now accomplished on-site.

Hand held tracking instruments are placed at the entrance of each room hosting a seminar or session. A proprietary magnetic stripe encoded system coupled with patented RCS card reading devices, ensures continuing education credits are accurately tracked and applied. Upon badge scanning, the attendee’s information is sent wirelessly, in real-time to the RCS CEU information center. At the information center RCS can view session attendance and can produce CEU certificates upon request (if adequate session attendance has been reached by any given attendee). On-site certificate production allows attendee to receive CEU certificate fast and reduces the post show workload and phone calls for show organizers.
