I haven’t been this excited about what's on deck at RCS in a very long time. Not that we've been sitting on our hands this past few years. We introduced our super picture badging and lead management system that more than doubles the follow-up in the field;  our green eco-badge that eliminates waste was rolled out to great acclaim; the fantastically popular expoAccess Smartphone lead retrieval service has been provided to thousands of exhibitors; we  upgraded all our color badge printers so printed badge stock is never needed again and significantly upgraded the flexibility of our registration pages; reorganized to implement a full matrix organization to efficiently handle many small and large events at the same time; launched new ways for you to market your show to all potential  participants; but we haven’t made much noise about all of these things.

However this year is going to top everything we’ve done in the last 5 years. While revealing all would probably not be too wise here's a sneak peek at what we are going to be providing for some of our clients this coming year:

You've got a Smartphone, right? And millions of other people have Smartphone’s also. We are taking what we learned from our smartphone lead retrieval system and launching a full service smartphone system that makes it just as easy to manage your event from your smart phone or tablet as it is from your computer. Let's just say that you'll be able to enjoy the same level of control and decision making that has been appreciated with the traditional RCS service, using these ubiquitous devices.

Attendees will be able to do everything with their Smartphone from registering, to checking in, to connecting and communicating with other participants, to collecting exhibitor literature and all they will need to bring is their Smartphone.

Exhibitors will be able to collect leads, manage those leads from distribution to follow-up,distribute literature electronically and communicate with suppliers and management all from their free personal Smartphone app.

Will it cost less money. Yes, it will save money on all fronts, making every event more cost effective for all the participants, and yes, it will eliminate a ton of waste. Will this be for every event. No, not in the beginning. Can it be integrated into our and your current system so the learning curve is not so steep. You bet. Will it make a difference in the productivity of face to face events. We certainly think so.
